The Austin Humane Society’s beloved Summer Kids Series is back, and we want you to join the fun! Our 13th Annual Summer Kids Series, sponsored by H-E-B , kicks off on June 10th – July 24th.
This summer’s sessions, which run through June and July, are specifically geared toward kids under 14. This year we are excited to be offering incredible sessions for our Humane Heroes including fan favorites like Teddy Bear Surgery, Kitten Yoga and more. Rescue Reading – Story Time

Join us for a cozy story time with BookSpring, where kids will enjoy stories while they learn how reading to pets can build confidence, connection, and literacy skills. Each child will leave with a book of their own—and a new way to share stories with their furry friends. This workshop will include crafts and an adoptable puppy meet & greet.
