Welcome Humane Heroes!

The Austin Humane Society’s beloved Summer Kids Series is back for 2023, and we want you to join the fun! Our 11th Annual Summer Kids Series, presented by H-E-B and the Turner Family, kicks off on Wednesday, June 7th.

This summer’s sessions, which run through June and July, are specifically geared toward kids under 14. This year we will take our Humane Heroes on an epic adventure to learn about animals, how to care for them, and explore ways to help animals in need. Each week, kids can participate in a variety of educational activities and interactive sessions.  We’ll be partnering with AHS friends like Painting Pandas and Austin Wildlife Rescue, getting limber during Kitten Yoga, bringing back Teddy Bear Surgery, enjoying story time, art sessions and so much more. Spots fill quickly, so register your Humane Hero today by clicking the buttons below.
