The Non Profit Organization (NPO) reserves the right to consult and rely upon any expert or authority considered by them to be reliable in determining the value of any auction item.
All items are sold “AS IS” and all sales are final. NPO nor Auction Company are responsible or liable for correctness of item descriptions.
The Auctioneer and NPO reserve the right to withdraw any item at any time before the actual sale of the item. If the Auctioneer determines that any bid is below the reserve price of the item offered, he may reject the bid(s) and withdraw the item from the auction.
When Auctioneer declares the item “sold”, the highest bidder shall be deemed to have purchased the item(s) with all conditions set forth herein and assume full risk and responsibility and will pay the full purchase price within 7 days. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the Auctioneer will have sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to resell the item.
All items, offers and inclusions made for any auction item expire one year from the date of this auction, unless otherwise indicated in the printed program or announced by the Auctioneer at the time of sale. Any items not redeemed by the date listed in the printed description will be deemed expired and therefore become obsolete.
When purchasing an auction item, the buyer(s) waives any and all claims against the NPO, the provider of the item or experience, the Auctioneer and the Auction Company, including but not limited to personal injuries, damaged or lost property, additional expenses incurred, etc. that may result from the utilization of the auction item(s) purchased.
The purchaser may be required to pay Texas state and local retail taxes at the time of purchase.
By participating in the auction, you acknowledge that you are bound by these Terms and Conditions.
All live auction package fair market values are available upon request to NPO in accordance with IRS guidelines.
