We parade down South Congress with a marching band and outfitted pets in tow, and arrive in the parking lot for a pet costume competition emceed by Lyndon’s twin and local celebrity chef Lou Lambert and judged by well known locals like Dale Watson, Andy Langer, Steve Wertheimer and others. Registration is only necessary to compete in the costume competition.
