The AHS 'Reading to Cats' Program is a new and unique educational experience for children ages 6 to 12. Children can practice their reading skills and help cats to get adopted at the same time!

Join AHS, along with Town Lake Animal Center, to find new homes for at least 1500 kittens and cats this summer! Through our joint programs and with your help, we CAN find new families for these cats and kittens who are so greatly in need.

Adoption fees have been reduced to $35 for all cats and kittens and waived for our cats over the age of 5
