Tobi is my name and I'm a loving, loyal, and smart dog with a playful yet soulful personality. I form a strong bond with my people, and I thrive on attention, snuggling, and companionship. I'm housetrained, I respond well to commands like sit, stay, and come, and I enjoy car rides, walks, and playing with small stuffed toys. It's safe to leave me alone when you are out. I'm an affectionate fellow with a bit of "spicy" charm who will do best with people who can provide structure, reassurance, and plenty of love.

To Sponsor a Pet, you can click on the “Sponsor Me” button in the animal’s profile, or visit our Sponsor a Pet page for all the info!
Do I need to make an appointment to visit?
Appointments are not required or offered. Adoptions are completed in person on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to start the adoption process, please stop by the shelter during business hours. We cannot make guarantees on the availability of specific animals in advance.
