Be a part of the magic by sponsoring one of our special events! These events ensure we have the funds needed to provide expert care to thousands of Austin’s most vulnerable animals each year.
Each February, more than 1,500 community members visit AHS and enjoy puppies, food, drinks, vendors and so much more!
During Paws and Pours, we partner with wineries, bars, and restaurants to help animal-lovers find their purr-fect pour by offering free or deeply discounted beverages in the form of “Tasting Notes”. Proceeds from tasting notes booklets help support the life-saving work of AHS.
During the spring season, AHS rescues more than 1,000 bottle kittens. Join in our May celebration for cats at AHS with kittens, food, drinks, vendors and more!
This event started in 2012 as a 40th birthday fundraiser, hosted by a longtime AHS friend and supporter. Each year, it gets bigger and better as AHS animal lovers come together for a fun-filled day in support of a dog-gone good cause.
All year long we work to educate our littlest animal advocates, but once June starts, we kick-off our summer-long educational camp for our Humane Heroes! This annual event features hands-on sessions that inspire and engage the next generation of animal lovers.
Celebrate AHS’ birthday month each November with more than 500 of Austin’s biggest animal lovers. Enjoy a night of delicious food and drinks while meeting adoptable animals and learning more about the Austin Humane Society’s efforts and initiatives.
