Host an Online Fundraiser for AHS
Hosting on Facebook
Create a Facebook fundraiser and select the Austin Humane Society as your charity of choice. Getting started is easy – just follow these instructions!
- Login to Facebook
- On the left-hand side of your screen, select “Fundraisers” (you may have to select “see more” first)
- On the left, click “raise money”
- Either scroll or search for Humane Society of Austin and Travis County (our legal name), and select us
- On the left, enter the goal you’d like to raise, the currency you’d like the funds to be in, and click create
Now you can invite your friends to donate, or share the fundraiser in your newsfeed!
Other Online Fundraising Options
Looking for a competitive way to give back that includes the whole team? AHS has partnered with the online platform Just Giving to create an online, peer-to-peer fundraising experience for groups or individuals who want to raise money to ensure each animal that walks through our doors gets the second chance they deserve.
Getting started is easy: Click here and select “Raise Money” to start the process, then share your page with your family, friends, and colleagues and work towards a special cause that you’re passionate about today!
