Our favorite free fall festival, Straw Fest, is back! Throw on your favorite family friendly costume and join us for pumpkin carving, trick or treating, mask painting, a straw pit, games, and more! This year we are also joined by the Austin Humane Society, Austin Wildlife Rescue, and the UT Children’s Research Center to bring you adoptable pets, and other activates for families of all ages.

Admission is free, with paid activity tickets available to purchase in advance online and at the door ($1/ticket). There will be several free activities in the garden; Pumpkin Carving, the Straw Pit, and Mask Painting will require paid activity tickets to participate. See registration page for more details.
