Embodiment Practice: From 10am to 10:30am, we use various embodiment practices as fun and engaging ways to boost body awareness and sync up your mental, emotional, and physical vibes in preparation for an epic day of dancing!

Dance Party: Dive into a musical odyssey from 10:30am to 1:30pm, where the energy of dance and the thrill of a music festival combine to make pure magic.

​Food Trucks: Indulge in gastronomical delights provided by some of Austin’s top food trucks starting at noon and going until 2:30 pm.

​Special guests and surprises: From magicians, to fire spinners, to acrobats and beyond, each event has a surprise or two in store.

Benefiting Charity: We believe in building and strengthening our community, and one of the ways we do that is by partnering with a different local charity at each Beats & Brunch.
